Radon Testing

Radon exposure is considered to be the second leading cause of lung cancer. The population-weighted percentage of of Canadians living in homes with radon is considered to be one of the highest in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

According to Health Canada's 2012 survey, Cypress, Regina/Qu'Appelle and the Sunrise Health district is considered to be the highest in Saskatchewan

We offer Radon testing services for a fee of $250.00. This fee includes the test kit installation, pick up (after 90 days), testing by a qualified lab, sharing results, and consultation in regards to improving levels if they are above the safe target of 200 Bq/cubic metres.

New housing construction must conform to Article 9.13.4 of the National Building Code
